Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once a product is shipped, cancellation through our website will not be possible.


Return & Exchange Policy

  1. We accept returns/exchanges only if you receive a wrong product or a defective/damaged product.
  2. In case return pick-up is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
  3. Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.


Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are applicable only for wrong, defective, or damaged items.
  2. Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.


Important Notes for Return/Exchange

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Items without original tags/packaging will not be accepted.

Return/exchange requests must be raised within the return period mentioned on the product page. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
